I'm a fairweather runner who has been running on and off for thelast 5 years. My best stretch was last winter when I ran faithfully from October to April - then we moved house in May and I was too busy (poor excuse) and strange to the area. The area we now live in is very busy traffic wise which puts me off some what but I really want to get started. I seriously want to lose some weight and feel better about myself and I know dieting doesn't really work so exercise is the key. I have the new shoes, the PM3 played is loaded with a suitable playlist for running all I need now is to get out the door - watch this space. If you see me out there please say Hello.
